Cancellation Policy

Class Registration Terms By enrolling in classes with Ms. Sol's Dance, you agree to the following: Refund & Make-up Policy If you cannot attend class for any reason please notify Ms. Sol ASAP. Make-up classes may be offered when space allows but are not guaranteed. Refund requests must be made within 3 days of class start; processing takes 7–10 business days. Health & Safety Please do not attend class if your child or caregiver has fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or a contagious illness. Parents or caregivers must remain with and supervise their child during class. Liability Waiver Participation involves some risk of minor injury. By enrolling, you assume these risks and release Ms. Sol's Dance, its instructors, staff, and facility from liability except in cases of gross negligence. You confirm your child is physically able to participate. Shared Facility Classes may be held in a shared facility; participants must follow ALL safety rules. Photo & Video Consent Photos or videos may be taken for promotional use. Contact us in writing if you do not want your child photographed.
